THE PEACH MENU
Bad peaches gone good.
This project was an excuse to use up a bag of mushy, flavorless peaches that were being left to whither away in the fridge. As a step up from the pluot menu, I wanted to more subtly integrate the peaches into each of the dishes, even if that meant limiting the amount of different ways I could use them (see: peach syrup).
